Export Executive Job Description:Opening Position: 01Work Experience: 2 to 3 years in Foreign ExportRoles and Responsibilities: Must be well versed in handling international clients as well as domestic corporate clients. Maintain control and ensure compliance with all export processes, monitor work in accordance with corporate and local policies. Data Entry including shipping/receiving/maintenance of inventories, occasional sales order entries, as well as other entry procedures. Managing, generating and updating all import-export documentation with excellent follow-through. Review and follow up on vendor and customer aging reports. Assist with processing and resolving past-due invoices. Must have customer service and negotiation skills to deal with the demands of overseas clients and shipping agents. Preparing Quotation for export & merchant export. Handle all dispatches and deliveries. To ensure successful management of the exports firm, an export executive needs to possess in-depth knowledge of Indian and foreign trade policies and operations.Requirements MBA, Graduation or Import-Export course 2 to 3 years of experience in Foreign ExportCTC: 2.5-3.0 LPAContact:Shashank MishraHR Manager

Contact potential or existing customers to discuss their needs and to explain how the companys services can meet those needs Generate sales leads and convert them into sales Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and complaints Utilize of software like CRM software to track customer interactions and generate reports Maintain customer records in the software like CRM To better grasp the needs of the client, pose important questions. Build and maintain customer relationships Achieve monthly sales quotas Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential customers Create and deliver presentations and proposals to prospects Negotiate contracts and pricing Track and monitor customer orders and ensure timely delivery Manage customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports Monitor customer feedback and respond appropriately Stay up to date with industry changes and trends

Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer incoming phone calls and take messages. Manage incoming and outgoing mail. Maintain office organization and cleanliness. Assist in setting up new office systems and procedures. Perform administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Coordinate office events and activities. Perform tele calling duties as needed. Other duties as assigned.
