Job Summary: We are looking for a Immediate Joiner skilled FEA Engineer with 0-1 years of industry experience to join our engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for performing Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to evaluate structural strength, durability, thermal behavior and overall performance of mechanical systems & its components, using the commercial FEA software. The role involves pre-processing, solving and post-processing, supporting design optimization and addressing real-world engineering challenges across industries such as oil & gas, automotive, turbo machinery, electronics cooling, process equipment, etc. Key Responsibilities: Perform FEA simulations including geometry preparation & clean-up, meshing, solver setup and post-processing Execute linear & nonlinear static, transient, thermal, fatigue, dynamic analyses using FEA tools Develop and implement efficient 2D/3D meshing strategies to ensure accuracy and computational efficiency Evaluate load paths, stress distribution and related physical phenomena across various systems Validate simulation results against experimental data and provide design recommendations Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations to communicate findings with stakeholders Maintain accurate design documentation including BOMs, specifications and change notices as per project & corporate standards Collaborate with design, CFD, testing and manufacturing teams to support product development Apply simulation-driven optimization techniques to improve product designs Ensure timely completion of analysis tasks while maintaining high-quality deliverables Required Skills and Qualifications: Masters/ Bachelors/ Diploma degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Aerospace or related field 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in FEA analysis using tools like ANSYS WorkBench or equivalent tools Strong knowledge of FEA principles including stress/strain, load paths, Solid mechanics, Strength of Materials, Machine Design and Heat Transfer Experience in preparing CAD geometry using SolidWorks or equivalent Familiarity with pre-processing tools such as SpaceClaim, Design Modeler and/or Discovery Basic programming or scripting knowledge (ANSYS APDL, Python or equivalent) for workflow automation Strong technical communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of fluid dynamics and thermal analysis, practical experience with commercial CFD software and the capability to address real-world engineering challenges across sectors such as automotive, HVAC, turbo machinery, electronics cooling, process equipment or aerospace. Key Responsibilities: Perform CFD simulations including geometry preparation & clean-up, meshing, solver setup and post-processing Analyze fluid flow, heat transfer and related physical phenomena across various systems Validate CFD results with test data and support design improvements Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations to communicate findings Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, testing and manufacturing Optimize product designs using simulation-driven insights Maintain project timelines and deliverables with high-quality standards Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical / Aerospace / Automotive / Chemical Engineering or related field 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience in CFD analysis using tools like ANSYS Fluent, CFX or similar Strong knowledge of fluid dynamics, heat transfer and turbulence modeling Experience in preparing CAD geometry using SolidWorks or equivalent Familiarity with pre-processing tools such as SpaceClaim, Design Modeler and/or ICEM CFD Proficiency in meshing tools such as ANSYS Meshing and/or ICEM CFD Hands-on experience with OpenFOAM is an added advantage Basic programming or scripting skills in Python (or equivalent) for workflow automation Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities: Reach out to potential clients from companys contact database (calls/emails daily). Share company profile and follow up for scheduling first-level meetings. Maintain lead records in CRM (status, follow-ups, remarks). Assist in preparing basic client background briefs before meetings. Submit weekly activity reports (outreach, responses, meetings created). Learn industry basics (CAE) through on-job training.Qualifications & Skills: B.Sc. Physics/Science graduate Fresher or 0 - 1 year of experience in sales/inside sales. Strong communication skills (English & Hindi/Marathi). Comfortable with MS Excel, email, and LinkedIn. Discipline in follow-ups and eagerness to learn BD processes.

Key Responsibilities: Support daily administrative operations and maintain documentation. Assist in preparing and submitting tender documents. Organize and manage files, records, and reports. Handle email communication and basic correspondence professionally. Coordinate and execute vendor registration processes Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and maintaining key documents and records Coordinate cross-functional activities with internal departments. Interact with vendors/clients when required for coordination, documentation, or issue resolution Manage schedules, meetings, calendar invites, and travel plans Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all timesRequired Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in B.A, B.Com, B.Sc, or Marketing. 01 year of experience in administration or similar roles (internships included). Proficient in MS Word and Excel. Good verbal and written communication skills. Basic understanding of tender processes and documentation. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
