* Assist in managing day-to-day facility operations across assigned sites & Ensure service delivers as per SLA and client requirements.&* Supervise housekeeping, security, technical, and support staff* Handle manpower planning, deployment, attendance, and discipline.* Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for smooth operations.* Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality standards.* Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and labour regulations* Support in client meetings, reporting, and issue resolution.&* Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports* Assist in cost control, material management, and budgeting.&* Address employee grievances and ensure workforce engagement.Key Skills & Competencies* Strong knowledge of Facility Management operations* Manpower handling & site coordination & Client relationship management* Good communication & leadership skills& Basic knowledge of labour laws & compliance* Problem-solving & decision-making abilities& Proficiency in MS Office / MIS reporting
