Job Description

* Assist in managing day-to-day facility operations across assigned sites & Ensure service delivers as per SLA and client requirements.&* Supervise housekeeping, security, technical, and support staff

* Handle manpower planning, deployment, attendance, and discipline.

* Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for smooth operations.

* Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality standards.

* Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and labour regulations

* Support in client meetings, reporting, and issue resolution.&* Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

* Assist in cost control, material management, and budgeting.&* Address employee grievances and ensure workforce engagement.

Key Skills & Competencies

* Strong knowledge of Facility Management operations

* Manpower handling & site coordination & Client relationship management

* Good communication & leadership skills& Basic knowledge of labour laws & compliance

* Problem-solving & decision-making abilities& Proficiency in MS Office / MIS reporting
