Looking For Store Executive

Manage day-to-day store operations and material handling.

Maintain proper inventory records in SAP.

Handle Goods Receipt (GRN) and Goods Issue (GI) in SAP.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase department for replenishment.

Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.

Maintain proper documentation for stock movement.

Conduct periodic stock verification and physical inventory checks.

Ensure proper storage and safety of materials in the store.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.

Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and procurement teams.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of SAP MM / SAP Inventory Module

Inventory management

Store operations knowledge

Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word)

Communication and coordination skills

Qualification:

Diploma / Bachelors Degree in any discipline

13 years experience in store or warehouse operations

Experience working with SAP system preferred
