Will be second line to Centre Manager Work together with nurse managers and doctors to manage the daily operations of the assigned service area to ensure its smooth running daily. Review key processes to improve overall key performance indicators/ outcomes in the areas of total customer experience, operational efficiency and optimal resources utilisation. Track, monitor and make recommendations for the utilisation of departmental budget to achieve optimisation of allocated resources. Assessing patients and their clinical requirements to determine appropriate radiographic techniques Performing a range of radiographic examinations on patients to produce high-quality images; Observing and maintaining contact with patients during their waiting, examination and post-examination stay in the department. Assisting in more complex radiological examinations working with radiologists and doctors and surgeons. Providing support and reassurance to patients, taking into account their physical and psychological needs. Recording imaging identification and patient documentation quickly and accurately and observing protocols to ensure compliance with the Data Protection Act and patient confidentiality. Understanding and observing health and safety at work and welfare issues, including ionizing radiation regulations, to protect yourself and others. Can attract and manage doctors who practice at the clinic. Able to pinpoint areas for improvement. Good leadership, inter-personal and communication skills. At least three years experience as a Branch Manager/Centre Manager in a reputed health care organization/ profit center (responsible for P&L). Man management skills essential

To edit information and to generate reports for physician to review. Prepares for examinations by checking equipment and inventorying and restocking supplies; reviewing patient schedules; reading physician orders for specific examinations; setting-up recording equipment; entering patient information into system. Reduces patient anxieties by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing assistance to examination table or treadmill. To set up patient room and maintain stock area for procedures including linens, electrodes, cassette tapes, crash cart and order supplies as necessary. Obtains quality images by positioning and repositioning transducer; monitoring display screen; listening to signals; adjusting equipment for beam strength and focus; detecting artifacts that mimic abnormalities; recording images. Prepares patients by positioning patient; spreading gels; attaching electrodes to chest and equipment; adjusting equipment controls; verifying wave signals. Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential; cautioning others regarding potential breaches. To meet corporate customers, banks, third party administrators (TPAs) and insurance companies to empanel the Clinic with them and to ensure high potential conversion in terms of actual customer flow and revenue. To visit doctors, clinics, hospitals and other healthcare facilities in the neighborhood with a view to increasing the referrals to the clinic. To conceive and implement effectively promotional schemes aimed at retail/walk-in customers at housing societies, clubs, parks, shopping complexes or other Identify high-traffic suitable venues with an aim to generate awareness and interest in visiting the Clinic. To adhere to prescribed reporting formats in terms of sales inputs and productivity parameters. To instill sales orientation amongst Customer Care Executives and to guide and monitor them, as and when required. To regularly interact with the consultants and to encourage referrals to improve laboratory and diagnostic revenues. To monitor various marketing inputs such as direct mail, telemarketing etc., to ensure effectiveness and ensure that immediate action is taken on potential leads. To implement effectively various marketing inputs based on the guidelines provided by AHLL. To ensure effective follow-up for credit clients and minimal out standings. To suggest innovative measures and avenues to enhance clinics revenue and profitability. To assist in front office functions, as and when required to ease bottle-necks, enhance cross functional knowledge and also team-spirit. In addition, he should be willing to carry out some of the administrative work in the Clinic, as required.
