• Welcome the customer with Namaste culture.
• Answering the phone calls with the sense of obligation and with Namaste culture.
• Maintenance of appointments registers of patients and corporate clients
• Generating and Dispatching medical reports to the clients
• Maintaining bills related to basic amenities
• Handles and manages all customer relation activities
• Registration and Billing of Customers
• Maintaining the record of the patients
• To educate customer on Edoc. , PHR, appointments, report viewing through internet.
• Taking feedback of the customer through CMS portal, coordination for the pickup of reports.
• Handling over flow of customer from Billing Desk.
• In case customer has any queries/ complaint same needs to be resolved at their level, if not then escalate it to appropriate department.
• Convert walk-in customers for Health Checks.
