The Role: As we are in this process of scaling aggressively, we are relooking at all our existing processes and identifying how they can be made effective and efficient in a way that does not dilute our outcomes. Automation and technology systems play a large role in enabling this. The Sr/Associate role will focus on enabling this transition for the organization. It involves working with different teams in the organization to understand their needs, innovate together on their process and identify systems that can be introduced within that team to enable them to do their best. Major responsibilities: Actively identifying gaps and opportunities within existing systems and processIdentifying technology-based solutions to improve organizational efficiency Liaising with vendors Training teams to use the existing and new solutionsDocumentation of new processes and updating of old process documents Working with the team to understand any new requirements and getting those requirements actioned Testing of any new systems/new functionalities in existing systems Profile Requisites: Graduate with minimum 1-2 years of work experience B.Sc. The Role:The Content & Training Associate/Sr. Associate is responsible for designing the content and smoothmanagement of the entire facilitator life cycle to ensure Antarangs program goals are met.The role includes building & managing digital learning material, technological tools for the coreprograms & engaging facilitators by becoming a mentor & guide so that they excel in achievingstudent outcomes.Major responsibilities: Design and create curriculum & content for various stakeholders (Grade 9-12/Parents/etc) acrossgeographies for the WhatsApp Bot Using the software, create content to use the WhatsApp Bot Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for data monitoring, analysis and support. Example:work with Monitoring and Evaluation Team for Dashboard Creation; with Operations Team tosupport reach and expansion; coordinate with tech vendors & translators Analyze data and present insights to increase effectiveness of the bot Improve user experience of the Bot through feedback loop generation and problem solving Conduct multiple user tests to enhance design to increase user traffic and retention Manage the WhatsApp Intern Design and create content for digital learning of students. The Role:The Content & Training Associate/Sr. Associate is responsible for a smooth management of the entirefacilitator life cycle to ensure Antarangs program goals are met.The role includes training, developing & engaging facilitators by becoming a mentor and guide to thefacilitators so that they excel in their role.Major responsibilities: Plan & own the entire strategy and process for facilitators across all of Antarangs programs Standardizing and planning induction, on boarding and training of facilitators Observation, assessment and development of facilitators for all of Antarangs programs Ensure & execute processes & systems for facilitator recognition and certification Conducting post-batch facilitator debriefs and providing constructive feedback on performance Organizing inspiring facilitator meetings and annual retreats that are reflective and focus on newlearnings, development and growth Define the model/standard Antarang training centre across every community Conducting the training of facilitators across various geographies on a need basis Coordinating with Administration on equipping training centers as per the pre-defined modelcenter Providing support to new facilitators to ensure batch progress & timelines are met as planned Monitoring programs online portal usage by facilitators and ensuring timely capture of data Analysing databases, identifying program gaps and addressing through training interventionwhenever necessary Collaborating with the Training team on facilitator evaluations Celebrating facilitator successes & co-ordinating with the Training & HR on performancemanagementProfile Requisites: Graduate with 1-2 years of experience Comfortable with primary and secondary research to develop and test tools & assessments Passionate about working in and working for the youth from lower economic backgrounds & incommunities Good analytical, training & coaching skills and an understanding of culture

The Role: The Program Management Associate/Sr. Associate ensures smooth implementation of Antarangs set program goals. We are looking for a dynamic and energetic colleague who can work with a variety of stakeholders and drive the achievement of all our program objectives. Major responsibilities: Coordinating with HR for recruitment of facilitators Coordinating with Content and Training team for training of the facilitators and customization of content, if any Observation, assessment and development of facilitators for all of Antarangs programs Coordinating with diverse stakeholders for student enrolment to the programs Conducting post-batch facilitator debriefs and providing constructive feedback on performance Coordinating with Administration on equipping training centres & ensuring centres function to optimum capacity Providing support to new facilitators to ensure batch progress & timelines are met as planned Monitoring programs online portal usage by facilitators and ensuring timely capture of data Analysing database, identifying program gaps and addressing through training intervention or operational support Collaborating with the training team on facilitator evaluations Celebrating facilitator successes & co-ordinating with the Training on performance management Profile Requisites: Graduate with 1-2 years of experience Excellent communication: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory Passionate about working in and working for the youth from lower economic backgrounds & in communities Good analytical, training & coaching skills and an understanding of culture Complete ease in using the Microsoft office suite Flexibility to work odd hours young adults keep strange timings! The Role: The Sr. Associate - Finance & Accounting plays an integral role in Antarangs Financial planning, Long-term Strategy & Productive Decision-Making to build a robust & credible organization. It involves an exciting mix of daily operations, management and reporting to support Antarang in achieving its vision. Major responsibilities: To maintain Financial Hygiene in the organisation in compliance with the laws applicable Creating Annual Financial plans and goals in alignment with the organisations mission To be the Financial Representative for the funders To oversee finance operations, supervise the finance team and resolve any financial issues Oversee Cash Flow planning and management Preparing, Reviewing and Tracking operational metrics (KPIs) Responsible for Internal Audit and ensuring documentation for the same Review of SOPs for smooth functioning and its adherence during implementation To verify MOU/Agreement and Legal Documents of all verticals Preparing Quarterly TDS, FCRA returns and Financial Statements Compliance, Tax, and Risk Management Build Relationships with banks, donors, vendors, outside consultants and others as needed Resolve any operational issues pertaining to the external parties Establish Benchmarks and conduct quarterly reviews/assessments on measuring actual performance against projections Managing Income-Tax, Charity Commissioner, FCRA and other compliances Liaise with statutory auditors and ensure all internal and statutory audits are conducted in time and as per legal requirements Reporting Donor Reporting on Fund Utilization along with analysing and summarizing data Ensure timely Financial Reporting to the Finance Manager and other verticals Generate reports to monitor, evaluate and optimize cash-flow, liquidity and funds utilization Profile Requisites: Graduate (preferably a CA Fresher or Inter CA) with 5-6 years of experience in Financial Management;
