Associate C&T (WhatsApp Bot & Digital Content)

the role:

the content & training associate/sr. associate is responsible for designing the content and smooth

management of the entire facilitator life cycle to ensure antarang’s program goals are met.

the role includes building & managing digital learning material, technological tools for the core

programs & engaging facilitators by becoming a mentor & guide so that they excel in achieving

student outcomes.

major responsibilities:

• design and create curriculum & content for various stakeholders (grade 9-12/parents/etc) across

geographies for the whatsapp bot

• using the software, create content to use the whatsapp bot

• liaise with internal and external stakeholders for data monitoring, analysis and support. example:

work with monitoring and evaluation team for dashboard creation; with operations team to

support reach and expansion; coordinate with tech vendors & translators

• analyze data and present insights to increase effectiveness of the bot

• improve user experience of the bot through feedback loop generation and problem solving

• conduct multiple user tests to enhance design to increase user traffic and retention

• manage the whatsapp intern

• design and create content for digital learning of students. example: posters, videos, exploration

materials, etc

profile requisites:

• graduate with 1-2 years of experience; computers (coding) or digital content creation

experience preferred

• good communication skills and strong problem-solving ability

• comfortable with primary and secondary research to develop content and test products

• passionate about working in and working for the youth from lower economic backgrounds & in

communities

• good analytical skills and attention to detail

• complete ease in using the microsoft office suite

• flexibility to work odd hours – young adults keep strange timings!
