Sr/Associate - Process Optimization & Technology

The Role:

As we are in this process of scaling aggressively, we are relooking at all our existing processes and identifying how they can be made effective and efficient in a way that does not dilute our outcomes. Automation and technology systems play a large role in enabling this.

The Sr/Associate role will focus on enabling this transition for the organization. It involves working with different teams in the organization to understand their needs, innovate together on their process and identify systems that can be introduced within that team to enable them to do their best.

Major responsibilities:

Actively identifying gaps and opportunities within existing systems and process

Identifying technology-based solutions to improve organizational efficiency

Liaising with vendors Training teams to use the existing and new solutions

Documentation of new processes and updating of old process documents

Working with the team to understand any new requirements and getting those requirements actioned

Testing of any new systems/new functionalities in existing systems

Profile Requisites:

Graduate with minimum 1-2 years of work experience . IT or Engineering graduate is preferred but anyone with a high level of demonstrated tech acumen is encouraged to apply

Working knowledge of Database technologies and platforms

Knowledge of JAVA, Python or .net languages would be a value add

Broad knowledge of CRM/data management would be a value add

Passionate about working in and working for low income communities and with young adults

Should be someone who enjoys problem-solving and is very organized

Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail and an eagerness to learn
