Responsibilities: Interact with customers through Calls. (Voice Process) Recommend potential products or services to customers by analyzing customer needs. Focus on achieving targets based on call quality, connectivity and sales conversion. Maintains customer records by updating account information in the database. Understand the customer's queries and identify the customer's needs and give the best resolution to the customer. Maintain relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance and providing them with 100% satisfaction with the product they purchase. Focus on quality of work and documentation of the action as well. Be a team player and maintain team spirit, positive energy at work. Flexibility to work rotational shifts during the day and punctuality to work is a must.Skills required: Customer Relationship Management Basic Excel skills Communication skills in English, Kannada and Hindi.
