· recommend potential products or services to customers by analyzing customer needs.
· focus on achieving targets based on call quality, connectivity and sales conversion.
· maintains customer records by updating account information in the database.
· understand the customer's queries and identify the customer's needs and give the best resolution to the customer.
· maintain relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance and providing them with 100% satisfaction with the product they purchase.
· focus on quality of work and documentation of the action as well.
· be a team player and maintain team spirit, positive energy at work.
· flexibility to work rotational shifts during the day and punctuality to work is a must.

· communication skills in english, kannada and hindi. additional languages are an added advantage.
