Responsibilities:
Guiding and providing information about the college/course/program/fee structure/other details.
Help in the admission process.
Communicate effectively with students in a timely manner.
Regularly visiting the college to stay up-to-date and attend conferences.
Take every student equally in terms of talent and uniqueness.
Help to select enrichment programs that will help to enhance a student's life.
Provide advice regarding the curriculum and extracurricular activities of the college.
Skills & Attributes:
Communication skills in English and Kannada. Additional languages are an added advantage.
Ability to communicate and work effectively.
Ability to plan activities and projects well in advance, and takes into account possible changing circumstances.
Ability to maintain a positive outlook at work.
Ability to work well in a pressurized environment.
Ability to work hard and put in longer hours when it is necessary.
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
