Key Responsibilities:
1. **Zoho Implementation**: Manage the setup and configuration of Zoho applications according to business needs, ensuring all features are utilized effectively.
2. **Data Management**: Maintain and update company data within Zoho systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity for reporting and analysis.
3. **User Support**: Provide training and assistance to team members on using Zoho applications, addressing any technical issues or inquiries.
4. **Process Optimization**: Analyze existing workflows and identify areas for improvement using Zoho tools, proposing changes to enhance productivity.
5. **Reporting**: Generate regular reports from Zoho applications, presenting insights that support decision-making processes across departments.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates should have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience working with Zoho applications in a professional setting. A graduate degree is required, and proficiency in using technology for business processes is essential. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are crucial. Candidates must be organized, able to manage time effectively, and possess problem-solving skills to navigate challenges as they arise.
