Winder (Male)

We are looking for a male Winder with 1 to 5 years of experience to join our workshop in Talawade, Pune. The ideal candidate will have experience with motors ranging from 1HP to 600HP and a basic understanding of motor mechanics.

As a Winder, your key responsibilities will include winding motor components, maintaining quality standards in the winding process, and using appropriate tools for wire insulation and wrapping to ensure durability. You will also be responsible for diagnosing issues with existing windings and performing repairs as needed. Additionally, you will help in maintaining a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.

Required skills for this role include a background in motor mechanics, familiarity with winding techniques, and the ability to use various hand tools for winding. Attention to detail is essential, as high-quality workmanship directly impacts the performance of the motors. A strong understanding of electrical systems and their operation will be advantageous.

This is a full-time position, requiring you to work from the office during standard working hours. You may occasionally need to perform physical tasks, which could include lifting and moving heavy equipment.
