â—¼ Generating and closing Business in the field of Events & Weddings.

â—¼ Should be familiar in Weddings, specially focused on Destination weddings, weddings

management, wedding décor.

â—¼ Have excellent time management and organizational skills - basically a disciplined person

◼ Be enthusiastic & self-motivated , which means doesn’t need a push all the time

â—¼ Be able to maintain good working relationships with people at all levels , from clients to vendors to team members

â—¼ communication and presentation skills are a necessary trait

â—¼ Have a positive and adaptable attitude

â—¼ Be innovative and creative to distinguish your event from the competition

â—¼ Have knowledge of sales, BD , marketing & operations

â—¼ should be someone with excellent administrative skills
