Warehouse Supervisor - Kharkhoda Sonipat

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to manage our warehouse operations in Kharkhoda. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management and a strong ability to lead a team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise Warehouse Staff: Oversee daily activities and guide team members to ensure efficient and accurate warehouse operations.

- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate regular stock checks to ensure product availability and minimize discrepancies.

- Order Fulfillment: Ensure timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders to meet customer deadlines, focusing on accuracy and quality.

- Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols within the warehouse to provide a safe working environment for all employees.

- Training and Development: Train new recruits on warehouse procedures and practices, continuously developing staff skills for improved performance.

- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse operations, including inventory levels, employee performance, and any issues that arise.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree (.) and at least 2 years of experience in a warehouse or related field. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to effectively manage the team.

Attention to detail is crucial for inventory management and order accuracy. The candidate should be familiar with warehouse management software and basic computer skills.

The position requires a male candidate due to team dynamics. A commitment to maintaining a safe and organized workspace is expected. Must be able to work full-time from the office.
