Looking For Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager with 10 to 20 years of experience to oversee our warehouse operations in Kozhikode/Calicut. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring efficient operations, and leading the warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate inventory records by monitoring stock levels and conducting regular audits to minimize discrepancies.

2. **Team Leadership**: Supervise and coordinate a team of warehouse staff, providing training and guidance to ensure smooth operations and high productivity.

3. **Logistics Coordination**: Plan and oversee inbound and outbound logistics activities, optimizing routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.

4. **Process Improvement**: Identify inefficiencies in warehouse procedures and implement strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.

5. **Safety Compliance**: Ensure that all warehouse activities comply with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
