We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team in Mohali. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a key role in ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to Customer Inquiries: You'll handle phone calls, emails, and chats from customers, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.

- Provide Product Information: Educate customers about our products and services, guiding them to make informed choices.

- Resolve Issues: Assist customers in troubleshooting problems, ensuring they receive effective solutions in a timely manner.

- Maintain Customer Records: Update and manage customer information in the database, ensuring accuracy for future interactions.

- Follow Up: Contact customers to follow up on their queries and confirm their satisfaction with the solutions provided.

- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with other departments to escalate issues that require additional support or resolution.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively assist customers. A good command of the English language is essential. You should have a friendly and professional demeanor, demonstrating empathy and patience with customers. Strong problem-solving skills are crucial for addressing and resolving customer issues efficiently. Basic computer skills are needed to manage databases and communicate through various platforms. The position is suitable for candidates with 0 to 6 years of experience. A minimum education level of 12th grade is required. Flexibility in working hours may be necessary based on business needs.
