Process

They are looking for a motivated candidate to join

our UniFi Talk team as a VoIP Support Engineer.

UniFi Talk is a full-featured, affordable,

subscription-based, Voice over Internet Protocol

(VoIP) phone solution that we designed for small

and medium-sized businesses looking for a plug-

and-play phone system. Youll work closely with

our customers, engineering, and management to

drive UniFi Talks success by solving customer

support cases and collaborating on product

improvements

About Process

Communicate with customers of UniFi Talk and

other related Ubiquiti products and services to

diagnose and tackle VoIP and network-related

issues

Own customer cases from initial creation to

resolution, collaborating with other support and

product team members

Work with engineering and management to

diagnose and resolve critical, escalated issues

Identify issues through support trends and

suggest corrective actions to engineering to

elevate

the quality of product and UX

Reproduce reported issues in internal lab setups

Use acquired knowledge to suggest and

contribute to Knowledge Base articles

Stay up to date on Ubiquiti features and

technology by attending training,

Requirement

2+ years of experience in VoIP-related problem

solving, critical thinking, and troubleshooting

Solid knowledge of VoIP protocols - SIP, RTP,

SDP, RTCP, TCP, UDP

Strong network troubleshooting skills, including

analyzing packet captures using tools such as

Wireshark

Excellent communication and interpersonal

skills (is a must)

Customer-centric mindset

High attention to detail

Outstanding organizational skills

Good team player who can work both

independently and as a part of a team, with the

ability to

take initiative
