Night Shift starts at 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Must have to work from Office only.
Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency in spoken and written English
Experience in Telecalling/ Customer service
Responding to customer queries and requests via phone or email.
Assisting customers with product setup and resolving any technical issues they might experience.
Informing customers about specialized product functionalities and features.
Computer skills.
Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
Following up with customers to ensure sales.
Analyzing customer feedback and advising management on areas of improvement.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to lead a team.
