Job Title: Voice Process Trainee (Fresher)
Job Summary:
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused freshers for Voice Process roles. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and providing excellent service over calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls
Address customer queries and provide accurate information
Resolve issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain proper call records and documentation
Follow company guidelines and communication protocols
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Intermediate (12th) / Graduation
Freshers are welcome to apply
Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Work Details:
Shift Timing: Between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Shift Type: Rotational shifts (9-hour workday)
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
