we are seeking dynamic and experienced female professionals to join our team as virtual relationship managers (vrm) at aditya birla. the ideal candidate will have a strong background in the bfsi sector, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of investment and insurance products.

key responsibilities:

engage with clients through outbound and inbound calls to provide financial solutions.

promote and sell investment and insurance products, including mutual funds, stocks, and trading services.

maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

provide accurate information and guidance on financial products and services.

qualifications:

gender: female candidates only.

experience: minimum 1 year of experience in a call center role within the bfsi sector (nbfcs, banks, insurance, mutual funds).

communication skills: proficiency in english with a versant score of 5.

product knowledge: strong understanding of investment and insurance products.

preferred skills:

experience in outbound sales or customer service roles.

ability to handle customer queries and provide effective solutions.

strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

proficiency in using crm software and other sales tools.
