Collect a copy of identity and address proof from the applicant and match this with the address which has been visited update the landmark.

· Interact politely with the customer, treating them with respect and consideration for address verification process*.

Capture and upload photo at the time of each address verification. Update addresses by calling customer if addresses are not verified.
