Job responsibilities of US IT Recruiter:-To search resumes online.-To match the resumes with the job description.-To perform extensive phone/screening of the suitable candidates (US citizens, GC and H1b visa holders).-To know the interest and availability of the suitable candidates, and negotiate salaries and coordinate their technical interviews.Qualification:- Any graduate or post graduate (any year pass out)- Willing to work in night shift.- Both voice and non-voice positions available.Work Timing (Fixed Shift): 7:30 PM to 5:00 AM (Monday to Friday).Saturdays and Sundays are holidays.Salary: Market based.Delkosoft Solutions is a US based Staffing Company.These positions are in-house needs of Delkosoft.
