Willing to work night shift
1) Minimum 2 years of work experience in the end-to-end full-desk recruitment process for the US region.
2) Must have experience in full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates)
3) Good understanding of US visa types and tax terms, especially H1B. Sound knowledge of IT concepts,
Expertise in technical hiring with various IT skills as per current market needs.
4) Hands-on experience in using recruiting job boards like Linkedin, Dice, Monster, Career Builder, etc.
5) Expertise in passive sourcing techniques using LinkedIn, X-ray search, and other social media platforms.
6) Need target-oriented candidates with a history of achieving targets.
7) Must have excellent communication (spoken/written) and negotiation skills.
8) Must be willing to work as per US Shift timings/Night shifts (EST).
