Title: US IT Recruiter [Night Shift]

Office Location: Coimbatore

Shift Timings: 7pm IST - 4am IST

Summary:

Must be strong working on Contract, W2/ Fulltime roles.

Must have a solid handle communicating with visa independent candidates.

Candidate who has worked extensively on IT roles is preferred.

Night Shift: 7pm - 4am IST

Until the Pandemic situation - Hybrid working system is preferred (2 days a week in office, rest 3 days would be work from home), we are open to full WFH as well for the right candidates.

Details Job Duties:

• Experience in sourcing, screening, qualifying and hiring candidates for Contract positions in

vendors/client firms.

• Having good exposure in 1099 ,W2 and Corp -to- Corp .

• Proficient in working with candidates and providing Pre-Interview screening and consultation.

• Source candidates through Internet resources, referrals, personal database, and social networks.

• Maintain ongoing relationships with H1B/OPT/CPT candidates not currently on assignment .

• Experience with job sites such as Monster, Dice, Career builder, Tech Fetch, Computer jobs, Yahoo

jobs.

• Excellent Interpersonal, Convincing, Rate Negotiation, Analytical & Problem solving Skills.
