We are seeking an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare professionals across the United States. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the US healthcare system, staffing requirements, compliance standards, and proven experience recruiting clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US healthcare positions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Recruit for roles such as Registered Nurses (RN), LPN, CNA, Allied Health Professionals, Physicians, Medical Coders, and Healthcare IT roles
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and networking
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess qualifications, experience, availability, and compliance readiness
Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers
Ensure credentialing and compliance including licenses, certifications, background checks, drug screening, and immunization records
Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS / CRM systems
