about the role

icici lombard is looking for enthusiastic and driven unit sales managers �� retention (renewal) for its mumbai contact centre. in this role, you will be responsible for managing customer renewals, retaining clients, and delivering superior customer service through voice-based interactions.

key responsibilities

handle customer calls related to policy renewals and retention.

ensure timely follow-up with existing customers for policy continuation.

deliver high-quality customer service while focusing on renewals.

maintain strong communication in both english and hindi.

address customer queries effectively and resolve issues promptly.

achieve renewal targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

participate in mock calls and demonstrate product understanding.

qualifications & skills required

education: graduate (full-time/part-time).

experience: 0-2+ years (freshers welcome).

strong verbal communication in english & hindi.

clear thought process and understanding of call centre operations.

knowledge of customer service & sales skills.

ability to explain: why icici lombard, what is customer service, and what qualities are needed for customer care executives.

work environment

working days: 5 days a week.

week off: 2 days (rotational).

shift timings: fixed shift, 9:30 am �� 7:00 pm.

process: voice-only (no transport provided).

salary & benefits

fresher ctc: �� lpa (approx. ��12,500 in-hand/month).

experienced ctc (0��2+ years): up to �� lpa (approx. ��18,000 in-hand/month).
