we are hiring an experienced, iata-qualified all-rounder travel executive who can manage both sales and operations.

the candidate must have strong knowledge of air ticketing, holiday packages, customer handling, and gds systems.

responsibilities:

air ticketing (domestic & international)

preparing itineraries & costing

handling customer queries (calls + whatsapp)

visa assistance (knowledge preferred)

hotel bookings & holiday package creation

sales + operations + customer support

follow-ups and closing leads

using gds: amadeus / galileo / sabre (any)

requirements:

iata qualification (mandatory)

14 years experience in travel industry

good communication

knowledge of travel destinations

all-rounder personality

good sales & follow-up skills
