**About the Role:**
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused **Travel Sales Executive** with a strong command of **Galileo** and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should be active, confident, and capable of handling domestic & international travel queries efficiently.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle inbound & outbound travel sales inquiries.
* Prepare itineraries, quotations, and travel packages as per client requirements.
* Use **Galileo GDS** for reservations, ticketing, cancellations, reissuances, and amendments.
* Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and suppliers for bookings.
* Convert leads into confirmed sales through effective communication and persuasion.
* Maintain client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
* Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
* Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
* Good hands-on experience with **Galileo (GDS)**.
* Strong **travel sales** knowledge (flights, hotels, packages).
* Fluency in **English, Punjabi, and Hindi**.
* Active, smart, confident, and customer-friendly personality.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
* Basic computer proficiency.
**Experience:**
* 1–3 years of experience in Travel Sales (preferred).
* Freshers with strong communication skills & GDS training may also apply.
