we are looking for an energetic and customer-focused **travel sales executive** with a strong command of **galileo** and excellent communication skills. the ideal candidate should be active, confident, and capable of handling domestic & international travel queries efficiently.
### **key responsibilities:**
* handle inbound & outbound travel sales inquiries.
* prepare itineraries, quotations, and travel packages as per client requirements.
* use **galileo gds** for reservations, ticketing, cancellations, reissuances, and amendments.
* coordinate with airlines, hotels, and suppliers for bookings.
* convert leads into confirmed sales through effective communication and persuasion.
* maintain client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
* meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
* maintain accurate records of bookings and payments.
**required skills & qualifications:**
* good hands-on experience with **galileo (gds)**.
* strong **travel sales** knowledge (flights, hotels, packages).
* fluency in **english, punjabi, and hindi**.
* active, smart, confident, and customer-friendly personality.
* excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
* basic computer proficiency.
**experience:**
* 1–3 years of experience in travel sales (preferred).
* freshers with strong communication skills & gds training may also apply.
