The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on experience with GDS systems, and a solid understanding of ticketing processes.Key Responsibilities:Handle flight reservations, fare quotations, and ticket issuance using GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).Manage schedule changes, reissuance, refunds, and other ticketing-related operations.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely support.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, fare rules, and travel industry regulations.Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless travel arrangements.Provide after-sales support for booking modifications and related queries.Requirements:Bachelors degree (minimum qualification required).Proven experience in the travel industry with proficiency in any GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).Strong command over English (both oral and written).Customer-oriented approach with excellent problem-solving skills.Proficiency in manual commands on GDS.Familiarity with fare calculations, ticket issuance, and reissuance processes.Local candidates are preferred.Graduates with relevant travel experience are encouraged to apply.Preferred Candidate Profile:Must have hands-on experience in the travel industry with GDS knowledge.Comfortable handling all aspects of ticketing and related operations.Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Global Distribution System (GDS) SpecialistAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced GDS Specialist to join our travel operations team.
