* conduct initial phone/video screenings to assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit.

* coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and selection criteria.

* maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.

* build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

* ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

* stay updated with industry trends, job market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.

* proven experience as a recruiter (in-house, consultancy, or freelance).

* strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (linkedin, job portals, boolean search, etc.).

* excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* ability to manage multiple positions and prioritize tasks effectively.

* proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ats), ms office, or recruitment software.

* self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home.

* bachelors degree in human resources, business, or related field (preferred).
