Visit opticians and accessories stores with samples to present the range and collect order. Conduct sales events and road shows in the territory to showcase the range and book orders from customers. Ensuring that customers orders are channelled to the company and supplied on time. Collection of payments from the customers and ensuring that there are no overdue. Ensure company schemes and brand plans are implemented in the market as per the guideline. Ensure that distributor claims are submitted on time to the company and are cleared. Identifying prospective new stores and drive the placement of Pramukh Opticlals in such stores. identifying opportunities for development in new town within the territory and expanding distribution in such towns. Attending to customer complaints and resolving on time.
