• Recruiting and training new advisors.
• Setting and monitoring sales objectives
• Contributing to meet sales targets
• Mediating disputes with customers
• Analyzing performance and drawing up action plans.
• Establishing strong relationships with advisors and clients.
• Ensuring all advisors perform well and deliver numbers.
• Obeying company’s regulations, guidelines, and policies, and ensuring
advisors do the same.
• Researching current industry/market trends and using knowledge for
business improvement.
