job description

1. tendering

f. searching for tenders on the gem portal based on relevant keywords provided by management

g. keeping track of tenders, participating in

h. filling up tenders based on the inputs given by marketing

i. preparing documentation needed for submitting tender, retaining a common set of documents and keeping the same updated

j. submission of online/offline tenders as required

2. vendor registration and renewal

d. maintaining a master list of companies, government establishments where we are registered vendors,

e. updating product profile as required

f. ensuring ongoing vendor enlistment

3. maintenance of key registrations

a. complying with and ensuring updated permissions from ibr, peso, rdso, eil,

directorate of steam boilers etc

4. pf/esic and other compliances

d. collecting documents from contractors and workers and sending them to the consultant

e. helping in esic code creation

f. updating and maintaining contractor agreements
