Key Responsibilities:

1 Search and identify relevant tenders through government/private portals (GeM, CPPP, etc).

2 Study tender documents, analyze technical specifications and commercial terms & conditions.

3 Coordinate with internal departments (design, sales, purchase, accounts) to gather required inputs.

4Prepare and submit technical & commercial proposals as per tender requirements.

5 Ensure timely submission of tenders and maintain a tracker of all tendering activities

6Follow up on submitted tenders and communicate with clients for clarification and negotiation.

7 Handle online tender submission portals efficiently.
