🔹 Key Responsibilities:

1️ƒ£ Search and identify relevant tenders through government/private portals (GeM, CPPP, etc).

2️ƒ£ Study tender documents, analyze technical specifications and commercial terms & conditions.

3️ƒ£ Coordinate with internal departments (design, sales, purchase, accounts) to gather required inputs.

4️ƒ£Prepare and submit technical & commercial proposals as per tender requirements.

5️ƒ£ Ensure timely submission of tenders and maintain a tracker of all tendering activities

6️ƒ£Follow up on submitted tenders and communicate with clients for clarification and negotiation.

7️ƒ£ Handle online tender submission portals efficiently.
