Urgent Requirement For Tender Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Tender Manager to oversee the tendering process and ensure successful bids for our upcoming projects in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 8 years of experience and a background in architecture, engineering, or a relevant vocational course.

Key Responsibilities:

- Tender Preparation: Coordinate and prepare comprehensive tender documents to meet project specifications and client requirements, ensuring all necessary information is included.

- Bid Analysis: Review and analyze bids to ensure competitiveness and compliance with industry standards, identifying strengths and weaknesses in proposals.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, and legal, to gather input and support for bid preparation, ensuring alignment and accuracy.

- Client Communication: Liaise with clients and stakeholders to clarify project requirements and gather necessary information, fostering strong relationships for future opportunities.

- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify potential projects and assess competitors, providing insights to guide tender strategies.

- Deadline Management: Monitor timelines to ensure all aspects of the bidding process are completed on time, managing any delays effectively.
