 Must have experienced in Government E-Market Place, Driving Sales and business opportunities in the form of Government bids and tenders through GEM/ E-Procurement Portal. Should be able to update product/ service catalogue in GEM portal.
 Deletion or Updating of New product / Specification/prices. Prepare all tender documents in the specific formats related to the bid submit the documents in stipulated time limits on the above mentioned portals.
 Good knowledge of. Should have the knowledge of submission of Bids like Bunch Bid, Reverse Bid, Custom Bid and Normal Bid.
 Coordinate with the respective officials and document the progress of the tender
The candidate must possess:
1. Knowledge of GEM/Government Tender Online &Offline Filling.
2. Should have the knowledge of submission of Bids, Billing, updating of product catalogue in GEM portal.
3. Create Technical Compliance statement.
4. Counter & solve GEM queries of client.
Reporting bidding status online/offline on daily basis Preparing Datasheet & maintaining records on regular basis follow up with Vendors/OEMs/departments/ Clients MIS reports preparation / competitive bidder comparison sheet collection of EMD/coordinate with account department for EMD/Tender Fee. Procurement of EMD/Post Tendering work. Vendor registration attending Pre Bid meetings with client. Maintaining Customers relationship with existing /New clients .Back end support to sale department / Sales Support Trucking Status of Tenders & Offers well versed with document controlling, Proficiency in Excel, word , PPT, MIS Report , Excellent written & verbal communication IN ENGLISH is must.
