key responsibilities include making a high volume of calls to generate leads, following up on leads provided by the sales team, maintaining customer records in the database, and meeting daily call quotas.

the ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, be a 12th pass, possess excellent communication skills in hindi or english, have a pleasant phone manner, be persuasive and persistent, and have strong organizational skills.
