Key Responsibilities:

4. Follow-up Calls: Perform follow-up calls to existing customers to gather feedback and enhance customer satisfaction.

5. Achieving Targets: Work towards achieving daily and monthly call targets while maintaining quality in communication.

Required Skills and Expectations:

We expect candidates to be clear communicators with excellent verbal skills. You should be able to build rapport quickly while being polite and professional. Patience and a positive attitude are essential when dealing with customer inquiries. Strong organizational skills will help you manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks.
