Job Overview

Nice Finance and Leasing Private Limited is looking for motivated, confident, and result-oriented candidates to join its Recovery & Collections team. The selected candidates will be responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue personal loan EMIs, following up on pending payments, and achieving assigned collection targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue personal loan payments.

- Follow up regularly on pending EMIs and outstanding dues.

- Encourage customers to make timely repayments.

- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.

- Maintain accurate call records and collection updates in CRM/software.

- Coordinate with the field collection team whenever required.

- Achieve monthly recovery and collection targets.

- Escalate critical cases to seniors or team leaders.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass; graduates preferred.

- Experience: Freshers to 3 years of experience.

- Relevant Fields: Telecalling, collections, recovery, banking, or NBFC.

- Good Hindi communication skills; basic English preferred.

- Basic computer knowledge and calling experience are preferred.

- Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-driven environment.

Salary & Benefits

- Freshers: ₹12,000-₹15,000 per month.

- Experienced Candidates: ₹12,000-₹19,000 per month.
