Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Female Telecaller to join our team in Faridabad. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of experience in telecalling and a Bachelor’s degree.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Making Outbound Calls**: Contact potential customers through phone calls to promote our products/services. Ensure to represent the company positively and engage with clients effectively.

- **Understanding Customer Needs**: Listen carefully to the concerns and requirements of customers, providing them with relevant information about our offerings. This helps in building rapport and trust.

- **Maintaining Call Records**: Keep detailed records of each call made, including customer interactions and outcomes. This information is crucial for tracking sales progress and improving future strategies.

- **Following Up**: Reach out to previous callers or leads to gauge their interest and provide updates. Consistent follow-up is essential to convert leads into sales.

- **Achieving Targets**: Work towards meeting monthly sales targets or key performance indicators set by the company. This requires a goal-oriented mindset and persistence.

**Required Skills and Expectations**:

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak clearly and persuasively. A friendly and approachable demeanor is important for building relationships with clients. Strong listening skills are necessary to understand customer needs, and a basic understanding of sales techniques will be beneficial. Proficiency in computer usage and familiarity with CRM software are also expected, as they will help in effectively managing customer information.
