We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, engaging with potential and existing customers, and promoting products/services while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
Maintain accurate records of conversations and update CRM systems.
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Provide detailed information about products/services and resolve customer queries.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Adhere to company policies and maintain professionalism during calls.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to persuade and influence customers.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Good listening skills and patience in handling customer concerns.
Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support preferred.
