Looking For Tellecaller

We are looking for a dedicated Tellecaller to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time position requires individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience, and you must have completed at least your 12th grade.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Make Outbound Calls:** You will reach out to potential customers to introduce our products and services, aiming to generate leads and increase sales opportunities.

- **Manage Customer Queries:** Listening to customer inquiries and providing accurate information is crucial. You should be able to resolve their issues or direct them to the appropriate department.

- **Follow Up with Leads:** After initial contacts, you will follow up with leads to keep them engaged and answer any additional questions they may have.

- **Record Customer Interactions:** Keeping accurate records of all calls and interactions in our database is essential for tracking progress and ensuring smooth communication within the team.

- **Achieve Targets:** You will be expected to meet daily and weekly call and sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the company.

Required skills and expectations include:

- Good communication skills in English and the local language to effectively engage with customers.

- Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

- Basic computer skills for data entry and using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
