we're seeking a full-time telesales representative to join our team in pune. as a successful telesales representative, you will create sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction. additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving relationships with clients. as an on-site role, you will be expected to work from our office in pune.

qualifications

• communication, customer service, and customer support skills

• sales skills that can be utilized through phone and email communication.

• accurately recording details of customers' purchase orders.

• processing all customer purchases accordingly. generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.

• a drive to meet and exceed sales goals.

• ability to work independently and as a team player.

• experience in bpo/telesales is a plus.

• a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related area is preferred.
