Telesales Representative

Role Description

We're seeking a full-time Telesales Representative to join our team in Pune. As a successful Telesales Representative, you will create sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving relationships with clients. As an on-site role, you will be expected to work from our office in Pune.

Qualifications

• Communication, Customer Service, and Customer Support skills

• Sales skills that can be utilized through phone and email communication.

• Accurately recording details of customers' purchase orders.

• Processing all customer purchases accordingly. Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.

• A drive to meet and exceed sales goals.

• Ability to work independently and as a team player.

• Experience in BPO/Telesales is a plus.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related area is preferred.
