Role DescriptionWe're seeking a full-time Telesales Representative to join our team in Pune. As a successful Telesales Representative, you will create sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving relationships with clients. As an on-site role, you will be expected to work from our office in Pune.Qualifications Communication, Customer Service, and Customer Support skills Sales skills that can be utilized through phone and email communication. Accurately recording details of customers' purchase orders. Processing all customer purchases accordingly. Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue. A drive to meet and exceed sales goals. Ability to work independently and as a team player. Experience in BPO/Telesales is a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related area is preferred.
