responsibilities
* responsible for recruiting, training, and overseeing the performance of telesales representatives.
* assist with the development and implementation of effective calling strategies.
* create kpis for the telesales team & ensure the targets are achieved.
* respond to customer queries and handle complaints.
* prepare weekly & monthly reports and conduct performance evaluation.
* monitor the team to ensure the quality of service, offers, and information provided to clients are in accordance with the company's policy.
* develop and manage internal communications to help inform, educate, and engage employees.
* lead, motivate and drive the performance of the telesales team.
* analyze, report, review, and propose appraisal based on individual and team performances.
* self-motivated, result-oriented, passionate with a strong ability to interact with expanding clientele
*strong communication skills and ability to perform under stress with patience.
