Responsibilities
Receiving incoming calls of Clients . Partners and end
customers.
Addressing and resolving Franchise Partners queries and
concerns, in a professional and courteous manner.
Cold calling and ensuring lead conversion.
Cross selling and promoting franchisee and stock to partners.
Making regular calls for feedback, engaging and enhancing the
Franchise and company partnership.
Requirements and skills
Educational qualification – Any Graduate
Industry background – BPOs / Mobile handset
Relevant Work Experience needed – 2-5 Years
Candidate experienced in BPO / call center outbound sales.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Must be confident and have strong interpersonal skills to be
able to deal with people at all levels
Strong customer service & handling skills and the ability to
handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism.
