** selling of products through telesales, telemarketing

1. job description

roles and responsibilities :

• generate leads by calling potential customers.

• explains the customers over the product and services over the call.

• convincing the customer for purchasing the product and services.

• collect customer details and close the lead.

• sharing leads with the back-end team for further processing of sale orders.

2. desired candidate profile:

• good communication skills in bengali& hindi& english

• minimum graduation qualification requires.

• any outbound sales or telesales experience.

• 10:00 am to 06:30 pm shift.

• basic computer knowledge.

• customer handling skills.

*should have knowledge / experience in computer hardware and software.

3. salary:

negotiable

*attractive sales target achievement incentives per monthly extra.

4. experience:

• freshers can apply with proper computer hardware knowledge.

• minimum 6 months -1 year experience in computer it products sales.

• should be good in communication skills.

• the candidate who had worked on computer it products sales. would be given first preference.

***higher salary preferred to an experienced candidate only.
